2026 ITS MN Fall Forum – Call for Abstracts
ITS Minnesota's 32nd Annual Fall Forum will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at the Minnesota State Fair North End Event Center. We're now accepting abstracts for presentations.
⏳ Deadline extended one week – abstracts now due Friday, August 21, 2026!
You are invited to submit an abstract for a presentation that aligns with one or more of the themes below. This year, we're especially interested in sessions that move beyond the traditional format and actively engage participants in learning, discussion, and collaboration. In addition to traditional presentations, we encourage submissions for:
- 🛠️ Facilitated Workshops – Hands-on learning experiences that build skills or explore practical applications.
- 💬 Roundtable Discussions – Small-group conversations focused on shared challenges, ideas, or emerging issues.
- 🎤 Interactive Panels – Dynamic panel sessions that incorporate audience participation, polling, case discussions, or Q&A throughout.

ITS Northern Lights Conference
The ITS Northern Lights Conference took place May 12–14, 2026, in Sioux Falls, SD. This year's program covered a range of topics including winter operations, data and AI for transportation, rural and urban ITS, and a national outlook on TSMO — with two full days of sessions, an exhibitor showcase, and networking events.
