The company know today as Iteris has developed together with the ITS industry since the early 1990’s.  A few years later, the Transportation Systems of Rockwell International was acquired.  In 1998, the consulting firm of Meyer, Mohaddes Associates was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary and in 1999, the staff of Viggen Corporation became part or our organization.
