ITS Minnesota Educational Seminars are usually held twice per year.  The seminars are typically in June and December; they are often in conjunction with the luncheons.

ITS Minnesota Luncheons are held twice per year.  The luncheons are typically in June and December; they are often in conjunction with an Educational Session or a Guidestar Board Meeting.
